How Mpliphi handles your data

Mpliphi is a product of Veehive Tech FZ LLC, In5 Tech, Dubai Internet City, Dubai, UAE. This page covers what is specific to Mpliphi. Everything else, including your rights, data security and children's privacy, is covered by Veehive's privacy policy, which also applies to Mpliphi.

What Mpliphi collects

• Account details: your name, email address, and the organizations and products you set up.
• Conversations: the messages your agents exchange with your customers on your website's chat widget, WhatsApp and email, including an email address a visitor chooses to leave.
• Signed-in visitors: when your website tells the widget who a visitor is, their email address, so your agent can recognise them.
• Knowledge: the website pages and files you give your agent to learn from.
• Usage and billing: how many replies your agents send, and your plan.

Where it is stored

Mpliphi runs on Google Cloud in the me-central1 region, in Doha, Qatar. Agent Memory runs in Google Cloud's asia-south1 region, in Mumbai, India, because Google does not yet offer it in me-central1.

Who processes it for us

• Google Cloud: hosting, the database, sign-in (Firebase), the Gemini AI model that writes your agent's answers, and Memory.
• Stripe: payments. We never store your card number.
• Resend: sending and receiving email.
• Meta: WhatsApp Business messages.
• Cloudflare: the Turnstile check on the chat widget, described below.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train AI models.

Memory

When you turn on Memory for a product, your agent can remember a signed-in visitor across chats. Memories are kept for 365 days unless you choose a different period on the Memory page. Visitors who are not signed in are not remembered.

The chat widget

The widget keeps the current chat in the visitor's own browser for 24 hours after the last message, so a visitor can pick up where they left off.

To tell real visitors from automated bots, the widget uses Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile runs in the visitor's browser and does not show a puzzle. Its use is subject to the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Cookies

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The app stores only what signing in needs, and your light or dark theme choice in your browser.
